Show notes

In this episode, we discussed the results of our recent survey "The Top 5 Skills Instructional Designers Need". Here's what they were ranked in order of importance:

Communication Skills, Creativity, Project Management, Learning Technology & Authoring Skills, and Writing/Copywriting.

Any surprises there? Not really - but there were some surprises in the bottom 5 we analyzed, and also some of the skills listed in between.

Guests Bethany Kline and Cyndi Nagel joined us on this one, with of course, lots of audience feedback via chat. We had some excellent questions with great answers, and overall, an energetic and informative Community Discussion.

Here's a SUMMARY of the report.

Give this one a listen, you won't be disappointed.
